These terms cover Tarovent's free first Single Card, one-time paid packs, and your use of the reading journal.
By using Tarovent, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the free Single Card access or buying a paid pack.
Service Description
Tarovent provides tarot readings, reading history, and related follow-up features for personal guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes. Tarot readings are digital content, not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make.
Free Access and Paid Packs
Tarovent lets you try 1 free Single Card before sign-in. New accounts get 3 welcome Single Card readings, 1 welcome Three Card reading, and 1 free Single Card each day, while one-time paid packs are available when the same question needs a wider spread or follow-up room. Tarovent uses one-time purchases instead of subscriptions. Paid packs add extra readings, wider spread formats for the same question, and follow-up questions after paid readings. Reading contents, pricing, and availability are shown on the website or at checkout and may change over time.
Purchases and Checkout
Paid purchases are processed through Stripe or another payment processor we designate. Current Tarovent products are one-time digital purchases sold as paid packs, not recurring subscriptions. A purchase is considered complete only after payment capture or confirmation succeeds and the related reading access is granted. Except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, purchases are final once that access has been delivered.
Purchases and Account Access
Paid purchases may include additional Single Card readings, wider spread formats for the same question, and the ability to ask follow-up questions after paid readings, as shown at checkout. This access is attached to the purchasing account after an eligible paid purchase, and it is not a separate subscription. Unless we clearly say otherwise at checkout, one-time purchases do not auto-renew.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to use the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tarovent for unlawful purposes, to harass or harm others, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or to interfere with the product in ways that could overload or damage the platform.
Intellectual Property
Tarovent's interface, branding, and original software are owned by Tarovent or its licensors. Tarot symbolism and card traditions belong to a broader public tradition, but Tarovent's specific UI, packaging, and product text remain protected.
Disclaimers and Liability
Tarovent is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a specific reading fit, or suitability for any specific purpose. To the extent allowed by law, Tarovent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the Service
We may update the product, pricing, account access, or these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we may update this page or provide notice inside the product.
